Return Policy Tag
Applies To All Tractors, Combines & Telehandlers
- 7-Day Return Window. Differs materially from how it was listed? Return it within 7 days for a full refund, less both legs of hauling.
- 30-Day Powertrain Coverage. Keep it past the return window? Engine, transmission, and hydraulic workmanship stays covered for 30 days on anything serviced in our own shop.
- Free Diagnostic Visit. One shop visit included within the first 90 days if something doesn’t seem right — we’d rather catch it early than have you return it.
Returning A Machine
Call your rep within 7 days with the machine’s tag number and why you’re returning it
We schedule pickup or confirm return hauling with you
Refund issued once the machine’s back and condition is confirmed
Not Covered By The Return Policy
- Wear items — tires, tracks, filters, ground-engaging tools
- Damage from misuse or overload beyond rated capacity
- Repairs performed by an unapproved shop
- Modifications made after the machine left our yard

We started this business because we were tired of seeing "inspected" equipment break down within the week. Every machine that comes through our yard goes through our own shop first — undercarriage, hydraulics, and hour meter all verified before it ever gets a price tag.
